Beautiful Scenic Waterfront Vacation Retreat-modern spacious premanufactured home located on 150 ft. bulkhead waterfront(canal and creek). Owners live right next door to take care of any needs you might have. You can fish right off the dock in front of the house or if have a boat you can go in any direction to find great fishing spots in the St. Johns River or Dunns Creek. The boat house will only accommodate boats 7' wide or less but you can still dock your boat right in front of the house. Kitchen has all electric appliances (toaster, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator - -with ice and cold water dispenser on outside door - coffeemaker, toaster oven, dishwasher, can opener, intercom radio/cassette player, games, and many enjoyable movie cassettes and DVDs. All of the space including back and front porches....the front porch has 2 adult rocking chairs, which looks out over both bodies of water --canal and creek and wetlands -- no nosey neighbors, barking dogs and their backyards......
