A Simple Place - Monthly Stays

I am only accepting guests for this suite of rooms with a 1 month minimum stay. You're welcome to use the second small bedroom as your office or sitting room. The price shown is for one person. If there are two of you, please add $75/month for the second person in the Resolution Center. No deposit required. No extra fees. You will have a bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, a chest of drawers, and plenty of closet space; a second small bedroom with a desk, recliner, small refrigerator and microwave; a bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower; semi-private living room; and shared dining room and kitchen, all on the ground floor. The washer and dryer are also available for your use. You'll have a share of space in the kitchen refrigerator in addition to your own private fridge. If you're musically inclined, there's a piano. You may walk barefoot in the yard--no pesticides (though I can't speak for the neighbors), have a cup of tea on the tool-shed deck, and enjoy the gardens. Please note that there's no dishwasher or TV. You may park in the driveway by the back door or by the curb. My room is in the basement. I also use a small sitting room on the ground floor. I can be reached at any time during your stay by text message or a phone call. We may meet in the kitchen! Note that I will likely have another guest in the basement guest room. Easy, quick access to I-80 and to anywhere in town. That person will share the kitchen and dining room with us. My bedroom and main living space is in the basement, and I also have a small, semi-private sitting room/work space on the ground floor.
