This little house on the hill is conveniently located and recently renovated on the inside. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath to offer, with a fully stocked kitchen, dining space, and a nice size living space. It is less than 2 minutes away from interstate access and centrally located to all the fun there is to do in southern West Virginia. If you're in town for rafting, skiing, hiking, the Spartan, Boy Scouts, or just passing through, this is the place for you. This is a pet/smoke free home. Kitchen: Newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a full size fridge (no ice maker) stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Fully stocked with: dining and cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, Keurig and coffee maker. Off from the kitchen, is a dining space with a table and chairs. Living Room: The living room space offers a full and apartment size couches. Guest may use the couch to sleep on, but it does not pull out into a traditional bed. 42" television, with basic cable, and Roku box for streaming Netflix, Sling, Hulu etc. and wifi, and a DVD player. Bedroom 1- has a queen size bed, with a brand new mattress, and closet for storage. Bedroom 2 has a full size bed and closet. Bathroom- Tiled shower/Tub combo. Towels & wash cloths. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The basement is unfinished but if you don't mind to venture down, we offer a new full size washer and dryer for use, with complimentary laundry detergent. If you want to make the climb up the backyard hill, there is a swing set on the property for kids. This home is in a great location. It is right outside of Beckley city limits, and interstate access is less than 2 minutes away. We have off street parking for 2 vehicles. There are steps to climb from the parking area to the house. Full House Only if needed This home is situated in Bradley, a little town, between Beckley and Mt. Hope. It is close to the main roadways so you do not have to travel to far off course. It is an older part of town, with smaller houses and an older population. This particular area is popular for its proximity to all the outdoor fun southern West Virginia has to offer. We are minutes from the Gorge, rivers, climbing and ATVing. We have quiet neighbors located on each side of the home. The Bradley Market and Dollar General are within walking distance if needed. There are several steps to get to the house. The house is close to a main road. It is not a busy part of town, but there is some traffic noise during the day. It is low during the night.
