It is a three bedroom/three bath with 4 Queen/Full beds and 1 twin bed, as well as a 1st floor laundry. New grocery store 2 blocks away, downtown 1 minute, large grocery 2 minutes, 24-hour grocery/super store, 5 minutes. Fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need to cook meals. Linens and towels also. My neighborhood, hard hit by economics, still shows signs of recession but neighbors are super nice HOUSE RULES CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Check out time is 10 a.m. or earlier. Check in time is between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m. With prior approval we may be able to accommodate different arrival/departure times. COASTERS: Use coasters for drinking glasses on all surfaces inside the house. EVENTS OR PARTIES: No events or parties allowed without owner's prior approval. GUNS: No guns of any kind allowed on the property including, but not limited to, water, pellet, BB, and air. ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES OR DRUGS: No illegal activities or drugs allowed on the property. MALFUNCTIONS: Let host know immediately if a malfunction should occur. NIGHTLY CHECKS: Empty kitchen garbage to the outdoor trash container next to the back deck every evening. Take out trash containers to curb on Sunday evening. Return the emptied trash containers to their place next to the back deck by Tuesday evening. NOISE ORDINANCE: Noise ordinance is in full effect after 10 p.m. every night. Neighbors will call police and a $1,000 fine imposed if violated. NUMBER OF GUESTS: No guests other than those registered are allowed on the property, including children and infants. OVERNIGHT GUESTS: Overnight guests must be preapproved. Name, address, and age of each overnight guest must be provided prior to reservation. PARKING: There are two off-street parking spaces on the east side of the home (to your right as you are looking at the front of the home). Please do not park on the grass. Please do not park in front of neighbors' homes. PETS: I cannot allow pets of any kind or size on the property as host has allergies to them. A guide dog for a blind guest would be the only exception and you must notify me beforehand. RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS: This neighborhood is in transition. Before you consider staying here, please be sure you and your guests are comfortable with diversity of all kinds and you will be respectful of all neighbors. SMOKING: Smoking is only allowed on the back deck or on the front porch. Please buy or bring along your own ashtrays - do not put out or dispose of cigarettes on the grounds. VIOLATION OF RULES: Violation of these rules will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit and immediate eviction.
