Private bedroom for one person only, no visitors please (COVID-19). This room is perfect for remote workers and students, and it's within walking distance to St. Peter's University Hospital, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Children's Hospital, Rutgers University main campus (College Ave.), New Brunswick train station and bus stop to New York City. Also close to Johnson & Johnson and other pharmaceutical companies, and downtown New Brunswick. Free off-street parking available. The bedroom is great for one person enjoying a Double/Full size bed. It also has a desk for your convenience. There are 7 steps to enter the house, and access to the room is through a very steep staircase (13 steps). Due to the fall risk because of the steep steps, this room might not be suitable for people with certain disabilities, and the elderly. -Shared spaces: kitchen, living room, laundry area, bathrooms, parking. -You can park in the property. -Bring your own food to cook (use of existent spices and cooking oil allowed). -Pick up after yourself and keep shared spaces clean, please. *Remember: To enter the room you must climb a very steep staircase. New Brunswick is basically a college town and the neighborhood reflects that. It is safe, it is friendly, and like with any other city in the United States, it is diverse. Restaurants, stores, pharmacies, and hospitals are within a 5-block radius. The New Brunswick train station and bus stop to New York City are 7 blocks from this location. There are two Taxicab stands next to the train station, and you can also use taxi apps. Rutgers University has buses connecting its campuses in the area, and the City of New Brunswick also offers some buses to some areas. -Flexible check-in and check-out, but preferably before 6:00 PM and by 12:00 PM respectively. *Please remember: To enter the room you must climb a very steep staircase.
