It has two black barn type structures on the property, and it has a stream that runs the length of the property. Cathedral ceilings and skylights thru-out the living rooms and bedrooms give you space to breathe. Wood burning fireplace in the living room and in the 'Surf Shack' as well!. THIS HOME HAS DIRECT (SHARED) WATER ACCESS FOR KAYAKING AND PADDLE BOARDING. Paddle boards, kayaks, ping pong table, vintage air-hockey table, and 4 bicycles are all included. There is also a hammock, a new Jumbo trampoline and Surf Shack/Barn on the property with glass doors all around that open to enjoy summer nights by the fire pit. YOU CAN ALSO WALK TO THE BEACH. ( About a 4 minute walk.) 3 of the 4 bedrooms have their own private bathroom. A Movie Screening room makes for fun movie nights! Wine refrigerator, ice machine, and huge popcorn maker doesn't hurt either. NOTE: There are a few security cameras in our home but are all turned off for guests.
