A beautiful getaway. In the Catskill Mountain region. We offer so many things up here to do some skiing hiking birdwatching kayaking swimming or absolutely nothing but reading a book. We have a private watering hole and a 18 acre forest that is all yours to use. We have goat happy hour for additional fees ($40 per person includes complimentary cocktail). Additionally we offer kayaking for $75 per person includes kayak lifejacket pick up and drop off to Greene Lake for the day. Dog fee$35 You will have use of your own private deck private grilling area and fire pit. There are some additional common spaces that you are welcome to use such as the larger garden area sun area or hiking facilities! We have lovely hiking trails on the property for you to enjoy a relaxing watering hole some hammocks in the forest but you can just lay back and relax. This is a place for adults 25yo and up. We are not equip to have children and infants. You can access all of the property other than private residence units other than yours Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns as I am Very close and can help you out with anything from simple entertainment to getting your grill or started getting the fire table started to showing you the hiking trails This is a rural part of New York state there are some lovely walking areas but you will need a car to get around for the most part You are in the Catskill Mountains so there is no public transportation other than Amtrak or Trailways to drop you off at our main town and pick you up This is a 100% non-smoking facility which means you cannot smoke indoors at all. If you are a smoker of cigarettes or Vape or any other type of hobby please note you can do them in the common spaces. We ask that you be courteous to any of our other neighbors tenants or guest and if you are smoking cigarettes please dispose of your butts in a waterproof receptacle as we do not like to see them on the property. NO SMOKING INSIDE AT ALL! Dog friendly place, $35 dog fee (No cats) please read the entire page before booking. You must be 25 and older to book and your guest must also be of that age. If you are brining your pup you must have him or her freshly groomed, washed, brushed as this avoids extra fees for us cleaning after a hairy smelly dog. WE ASK THAT YOU LEAVE THE PLACE THE WAY YOU FOUND IT.
