A comfy home and quiet neighborhood surrounded by easy access to restaurants and interstates. Our home has two private rooms with separate restrooms. We are near to Best Buy, Target, Lowe's as well as Walmart. Very ease of access to our local park system. Kathy park is down the street with sand volleyball courts as well as a gym. We hope that you enjoy the convince of I-12 as well as our southern hospitality!! the interstate i-12 is right by the house getting to LSU will take you about 15min and we have the ochsner hospital 🏥 about 5min away from the house 🏡 guess can move around at their own desire we are very friendly yes you call or text me I love this house cause cause its convenience around lot of places Park 🏞️ restaurant I-12 Hospital shopping center and other more getting around is very easy their is a park 🏞️ one minute away from the park. restaurants 2min away from the house interstate i-12 is right by the house it's a very peaceful place
