Urbal retreat

On the cusp of urban and rural, urbal. To the north, the sprawling and windy city of Chicago. To the south, farmland and more open spaces. Small bedroom in a nice house on a quiet street. Living space shared with me and my 8 year old son. Walking distance from the train to downtown Chicago. 5 min drive to highway and area with shopping and restaurants. Clean, cozy and colorful home with a mix of antique and modern decor. The guest bedroom is offset from the other bedrooms which gives a bit of privacy. Private bedroom with shared kitchen and bath I'm very adaptable. I find that some guests like to interact while others like their space and privacy. I'm inclined to go with the flow and let the guest dictate the amount of interaction. My neighborhood is pretty quiet. There are many houses and apartments around me but my property has a lot of open land around it. Uber and Lyft are available as well as public transportation just a ten minute walk to the Metra station I have a Black Lab named Chase. He is super friendly but still like a big puppy. He can be a little jumpy sometimes but if you are just stern with him he will calm down.
