Enjoy the beach and views of Lake Erie meticulously cared for, for generations. The home has AC and appointed with modern luxuries (smart TVs, security system, wifi) while capturing the charm of the early 1900's beach cottage. Cottage is professionally maintained. If you are in need of a larger home this home can also be rented along with the home next to it totaling over 3500 sq feet combined (5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, A/C in both, multiple seating areas and sleeps 12+).
