Every room has a different style: Cottage, Modern Rustic and Moroccan inspired. Natural lighting beams through the entire home! Quiet area providing a remote getaway with the city features at your fingertips the moment you walk out the door. Upon arrival, take the brick walkway to the front entry door. When you open you'll be greeted with the most adorable frog painting straight ahead in the living room seating area. Otherwise Smart TV has Netflix queued and ready for view. Amazon and YouTube would need to use your subscription for any movie purchases. To the left is a beautiful hardwood dining table, which includes a bench on one side and 4 seating chairs. Fresh flowers always added to vase for enjoyment in the morning or during dining time. To the right of the dining table is access to a beautiful, updated kitchen, that its all white, very spacious and charming for a morning walk to prepare coffee or tea, while enjoying the beautiful sunny view of the entire home when shades are all open. Behind the living room is access to the first level bedroom, very beautiful and cozy with access to a bathroom and laundry room. Take the stairwell to the 2 bedroom upstairs: to the left is all white cottage-y feel, where you can read at the window, or enjoy work time at the desk or enjoy the beautiful sun in the morning; bedroom to the right has a moroccan style design, offering reading at the window or a bright sunrise to wakeup to in the morning. Closet on main level is great for hanging any jackets or purses. Head out back to a beautiful yard featuring a light decorated fence and a trellis swing for 2 people while enjoying bird chirpings. *Please note: For Monthly Stays existing arrangement of furniture will remain as is. House is located by passing trains. Available anytime by phone or text Quiet neighborhood with a mix of young and older individuals who are homeowners to college students. Home is located in between downtown Glen Ellyn & Wheaton. Great shops and eatery that you can enjoy. If you wish to travel by car, the nearest expressway is 15min away to lead you to the city or various suburbs. Recommend walking to enjoy the sun for 15-30min quick walk to the various shops, restaurants and ice cream shops. Metra is across the street, a 5-10min walk to hop on for downtown Chicago. Detailed cleaning is done after each stay. Using a mixture of cleaning products along with a disinfectant spray and clorox wipes. To maintain safety, home is vacated a day or more prior to guests arrival.
