This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service. Quiet hours are 10pm-10am. Two (2) car maximum allowed.* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited. During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are required to access this Unit. Completely Remodeled baths and kitchen. En -suite full master bathroom and separate heater controls in the master for a complete and private living space. The Queen bedroom is comfortable cabin chic with solid oak frame and down comforters, bedding and ROKU TV. Full closets in each bedroom. Board games are for your use. Our home is a located a few blocks from Heavenly Boulder and Stagecoach lifts in a quiet but easy access to all Tahoe has to offer! For casino nightlife, we are a short 10-minute drive from the center of Stateline to Hard Rock, Monte Blue, Harrah’s and Harvey’s and Edgewood golf course and beaches with shopping, bars and restaurants. Zephyr cove beach and boat launch 15-minute drive, Lakeside beaches at Stateline 10 minute drive. Nevada historical town of Genoa is 30 minutes and Fly fishing in Hope Valley is 30 minutes away. Reno airport is an hour drive. Mountain bike and hiking trails are all easy to access and nearby. The Flume Trail is probably one of the most well-known mountain biking trails near Lake Tahoe. The Tahoe Rim Trail runs 168 miles along the edges of Lake Tahoe. Because the trail is so long, it is divided into a several sections for all levels of hiking and biking. Entire Home- Ski lockers~ 2 assigned parking spaces, observation view deck. Snow removal is included for the driveway, walkways front entrance and stairways. The service will clear daily during winter snow season. Mountain and outdoor bikes or other sports equipment; guests are welcome to secure or store on walkways along front doorways of the home.
