The Cabin House

This house is in the middle of Mohican Country with a big yard, beautiful views, and a small road to take a morning or evening walk. We are just 5 minutes from Loudonville where Mohican Adventures resides. There is camping, putt putt golf, canoeing and kayaking in the summer, trails for hiking, and beautiful overlooks. We are also 30 minutes from Mount Vernon and 30-45 minutes from Amish Country in Millersburg and Berlin. Please bring your own groceries! This historic house was purchased at auction and has been completely remodeled into a comfortable rustic home now available for anyone traveling near us. It was built initially in the 1860s as a two story log cabin and then in the 1890s had a two story timber frame addition put on. We have enhanced, modernized and restored as needed to make the space what it is today. There's plenty of room inside and out for your gatherings of friends or family and we hope you enjoy the home as much as we did bringing it back to life in this way.
