Cozy, quaint space in a quiet neighborhood on 3.5 acres. 3-4 miles from all major restaurants. 2.5 miles from the Diving well and approx. 8-10miles from Expo. Access to a grill on the deck and a fire pit in back yard. Private parking and WiFi. NO PETS and no local reservations unless prior approved. Our home is warm, comfortable, and pleasantly inviting. This home is both relaxing and work oriented . **Absolutely no parties or events. Guest have access to entire yard. I am available at any time for guests via phone, text, email, in person. Our home is located in a clean quiet neighborhood that is welcoming and friendly. It’s relaxing and enjoyable. 2.5 miles from the Dive Well 3-4 miles proximity to all major restaurants 5 miles from the hospital 8-10 miles from the Sunbelt Ag Expo, Calico, and the Car show. We ask our guest to not use our home for parties, barbecues, gatherings or etc. if the guest use our home for any such events without our knowledge, you will be charged a $500 fee and reported to Airbnb. **Absolutely no parties or events. We offer WIFI so that you will have the ability to access your favorite movies on Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus, Amazon prime, YouTube, and etc. There is also several channels available through live tv/antenna.
