Hello, Friend! We're delighted you've come across this eclectic room in our lovely, joy-filled home, and are looking forward to hosting you. It's a melting pot of meaningful relics from over the years & a reflection of our collective household. Please be sure to view all photos and read full description prior to booking. Eclectic Room = Boutique Hotel + Spa Retreat + Tiny Home* Great for those seeking a clear space, emotional freedom or just a place to unwind. We take honor in allowing a free flow of energy for everyone. The home overall is a kitchy kinda place, like Grandma's house. Warm to the touch, full of fresh food and bursting at the seams with love and joy. See for yourself! The room is stocked with a refrigerator/freezer + filtered water & cups, a coffee maker + fixings & mugs, a microwave, toaster oven, mounted TV, full-length mirror, clothes steamer, puzzle books & more. There's always something to do. *NOTE: The suite {studio, bathroom, closet} is a total of 189 sq. ft. That's kind of small! We mean to be sure you're aware of the size before your reservation. :) You have free roam to the front yard, back yard, your private porch, suite + bathroom, and the driveway. If you need anything that is not provided in your spaces, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate. Your privacy is important to us and we offer you the position of solitude, if desired. We travel often for work and pleasure, leaving only our roommate in the main house. He's extremely kind, quiet & keeps to himself, and you'll likely not notice any other folks around during your visit. If you do need us or just want to chat, we're available any time through the app. You can also interact with the 3 kitties around the house. They love attention and will gladly let you pet and kiss 'em! They are: Chuckie - Black with white chest (loves belly rubs, is always slobbering) Kiki - White with orange (likes to lie on cars and take her affection there) Kaiser - Solid grey (most confident cat ever; watch out or he'll kiss you!) This neighborhood is so peaceful. You can hear cars on the highway in the distance and people cutting their grass; you'll see folks walking their dogs and exercising, all types of neighborhood-y things. Take a break out on your porch and enjoy the scenery. Approximate Distances: HARTSFIELD-JACKSON ATLANTA AIRPORT - 11 miles, 16 minutes DOWNTOWN ATLANTA/GEORGIA AQUARIUM/WORLD OF COCA-COLA - 20 miles, 25 minutes MIDTOWN ATLANTA - 21 miles, 27 minutes ATLANTA MOTOR SPEEDWAY - 10 miles, 15 minutes TRILITH STUDIOS (formerly PINEWOOD STUDIOS) - 12 miles, 21 minutes There are Marta bus stops in walking distance and Lyft & Uber are always moments away. It's a wonderful town; just start walking, and you'll find yourself somewhere magical. Additionally, we have two bikes you're welcome to use around town while you're here. Just ask and we'll set them out! We're very interested in your feedback. Please tell us how we can improve the suite to make this your perfect stay. Examples of previous feedback: "I could hear the other people in the house" - To this, we added soundproofing foam in and around the room. "Stepping stones would be a nice touch so our shoes don't get muddy" - To this, we added a stone-paved walkway. "The room gets hot & humid" - To this, we've added a new overhead fan and a dehumidifier that works wonders. The vibe here is relaxed, fun, funny and warm. 3 adults live together with zero tension since this became our home, several years ago. That's seriously awesome! We respect one other's space - physically, emotionally and spiritually - and offer you the same. It is important that you know this coming in, and share a mutual respect for the energy of the home.
