Breathtaking North Beach Waterfront Homestead

Beautiful three level waterfront home for decent guests to enjoy and watch over our home while we are not there. The entire house has 4 large balcony decks looking at the waterfront pier. Home is walking distance to Herrington Harbor, Ketch 22, North Beach Boardwalk, and many more. We allow guests to use the pier for swimming, fishing, crabbing and kayacking. We have two jet ski lifts and a boat lift. We charge a generous rate for jet ski and boat lifts rental. The entire house has four bedrooms including a large loft that can be considered as the fifth bedroom. This is a non-smoking house so no smoking inside the house. But if guest smokes, then must do it outside and be responsible to dispose it into trash bag properly without flames. Please remove shoes once entering into the house since the hardwood floors are clean and easily scratched. North Beach is a beautiful town and walkable to Herrington Harbor and the boardwalk. Please be respectful to the neighbors and minimize noises and loud music. Dogs should be potty trained and should not make any accidents inside the house. Please avoid having dogs on the couches and beds. Clean and remove all dog hair. Dogs should be on leash at all time when outside the house.
