Sunset Ridge on Eagle Lake-lake views everywhere!

This newly remodeled, light-filled home is located on “The Point” on Eagle Lake. Perched on a hill overlooking the lake you can take in the vast views from every window in the house! If being on the water is your type of relaxing, there are plenty of floats. Our lake is also known for its great fishing (summer and winter). We're only 5o minutes from the Twin Cities so it won't take long before you are relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sunset from your deck & sipping your favorite beverage! Bedroom#1: Queen bed which faces the lake Bedroom #2: Queen bed, and a set of bunk beds with views of the lake Living Room: Brand new double size sleeper sofa facing the lake Towels, blankets, beach towels, and other supplies will be provided according to number of guests registered for the stay. Kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, pots, pans, plates, cups, etc. Olive oil, cooking spray, and salt and pepper are provided. We also have a wide range of board games and puzzles for those rainy/snowy days. High chair/booster chair and porta crib available by request. WiFi enabled Blue Ray/DVD player and Free Wi-Fi. Badminton, yard yahtzee & farkle, ladder golf, bean bag toss games, hockey nets (winter) for some outdoor fun! The lake and dock are located down a few steps on a fairly steep hill. There you will find a shallow, place to swim, fish, or relax on the provided floats and tubes. Paddle boat, two kayaks, and 8 adult life jackets are all included. The main part of the house is available. There is no access to the garage or basement unless there is a weather emergency. Occasionally we will need to enter the garage and basement -it is a completely separate entrance as to not bother you. In the summer we will occasionally need to come onto the property to water the plants and grass. We live across the street. We are always available by texting us through the Airbnb App. The home is located on a quiet, very small residential dead end street. The Sandbar is only a paddle away! The boat launch is close by and you are welcome to anchor your boat to our dock. Please inform us if you will be bringing a boat, our street is very narrow and we will need to make sure we have a parking spot available for your trailer. Northstar train offers service between Minneapolis and Big Lake stopping at stations in Elk River, Ramsey, Anoka, Coon Rapids and Fridley. *Parking is tight and limited, there are spots for No more than 3 cars.
