Beautiful Waterside home with pool ,jacuzzi & Bar

This is a custom built home on the waterway. It's about a 6 min drive to LBI and a 20 min boat ride to the bay . There are lots of nearby shopping and restaurants , some of restaurants offer free shuttle rides to and from their businesses , I do require that you have a profile picture this way I know it’s the same person That is going to show up The house has an outdoor heated pool with hot tub and outdoor tiki bar.There is comfortable pool side seating with a firepit for you to enjoin on cool nights The bar has a refrigerator and a ice machine for use , but we do ask that you please respect things in the refrigerator that belong to others This rental is for a private room with a queen bed .Guests have access to all the common downstairs area ,den, kitchen ,dining room and laundry area. I do ask that there is no smoking inside the house and no eating in the bedrooms or den area .The den has white furniture and will stain easily I do live in the home so I should be on premises at the house most of the time for any questions that you may have, but I will also respect your privacy during your stay. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns while you are here. Quiet neighborhood just minutes off the Garden State Parkway and route 72 east. Eight minute drive to Long Beach Island beaches and 35-minute drive to Atlantic City. Uber is available in our neighborhood and there are also nearby restaurants that offer free shuttles during the summer season. There are nearby bus stops with routes to Atlantic City and New York City daily. I do rent two private bedrooms in the house, there are three full bathrooms for your use ,one upstairs ,one downstairs and one outdoor so there should not be an issue with an available bathroom ,I do travel a lot so I may not be present at the house during your stay so I just ask that you treat it like it was your own home . I do require that you have a profile picture and provide a little information about yourself . The picture is to insure for safety reasons that the person that I rent to is the person that shows up
