Beachfront house with private pool.

Just 20 minutes from San Diego border. This beachfront house is located 5 minutes north of Rosarito. It counts with gated security, private beach access, private pool with sun deck ocean view, sunset terrace, fire pit and outside dinning. The space is wide open with views, one master king bedroom and one queen bedroom, both with an incredible ocean view. Additionally there is an upstairs bedroom with queen bed and courtyard view. We have two additional queen blow up beds to sleep maximum 10 people comfortably. Rental rules. No fireworks allowed. Only guests booked are allowed in the house. No parties or additional guests unless approved. Check out day is 12 p.m. Every hour after check has a $50 fee (under availability).
