It is the perfect place to recharge your batteries for Black Hills fun! There is NO WIFI, great location w/in minutes of shops, library, & max booking is 10 nights. Relax in this quiet, comfy and functional basement apartment with a separate entrance, fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, ping-pong table (not standard), smart TV (NO WIFI but great signal) and various games/books/movies for your entertainment. There is one bedroom with queen bed --- smaller full-size futon is in main living area. The tree shaded front porch w/table & charcoal grill is provided for guest use and enjoyment. Entrance to apartment is located Right side of the house/driveway. Front Porch under tree is for guest use. Kathy quietly lives upstairs--"I'm here if you need anything or want to meet/visit, otherwise, I hope you have a wonderful stay!" 3-5 blocks away are Hot Springs Public Library and Butler Park, which includes tennis/pickleball, basketball, skateboard, disc golf, playground areas and wonderful walking space in a peaceful neighborhood. As mentioned, location is w/in walking distance of downtown shopping, coffee shops, other parks, Mammoth Site---even bowling alley! Parking is across street or directly in front of house, left of drive. Public transportation: Prairie Hills Transit Smoking only permitted outside.
