Welcome to Barefoot Cabin! Come enjoy our modern, updated cabin in beautiful Yancey Co, N.C. The area is home to My. Mitchell, waterfalls, hiking trails, and more activities than you'll have time for. The area is secluded and safe. Should you want to venture out, Asheville is a quick 40 minutes away. Two king beds, a Jacuzzi tub and the gorgeous views guarantee a restful stay. Barefoot Cabin is located in a secluded, safe and quiet neighborhood. A large porch offers outdoor dining or just rocking and relaxing. You'll feel like you're staying in a treehouse! Two spacious bedrooms with king beds and two well stocked baths are thoughtfully outfitted with our guests' comfort in mind. Enjoy making meals in the well equipped kitchen or games, TV, or just hanging out in the living area. Access the cabin from the rear(bear right up the drive to gravel parking area). The lockbox is next to entry door. The basement and garage, are used by the owner and therefore off limits to guests. I'm available for directions, questions, etc. Phone, text or email. Lush, green spaces with great views. Friendly, helpful neighborhood. Very private and safe. Barefoot Cabin is accessible by car. The neighborhood has paved streets and our drive is paved so no four wheel drive is necessary. Biking is very popular in the area. We're an easy drive to Asheville and all the unique experiences you'll find there. Generally, GPS is pretty reliable. However, we provide hard copy maps of the area so you can get an idea of where you're heading. Sometimes those shortcuts only exist in (Hidden by Airbnb) 's imagination...
