Home away from home

Guest will have separate entrance. It’s a family home tucked in a peaceful neighborhood but few minutes driving distance from shops & restaurants. The guests will have their own private bedroom with a very cozy queen size bed, dresser drawer & closet space with full wall to wall mirrors, mini refrigerator and microwave is provided -on the first floor facing the backyard. It’s a quaint little home maintained by 2 humble yet friendly people (in their 50s). LONG TERM SYAY WELCOME!! Guest will have the private bedroom (comes with door lock and key for the guest, mini refrigerator, microwave is provided to share with other guest in the back but no access to kitchen) there is a small desk and chair, dressing mirror in the bedroom. There’s also shared restroom including full shower, vanity right next door. Plenty of street parking space available (as well as drive way parking for street cleaning days only). Private bedroom and shared restroom. We are friendly bunch yet respectful towards others space. We are here and happy to answer any questions or attend any concerns as well! Feel free to approach anytime =) always available via phone or text. We are located pretty much on the border of Moreno Valley. The day street shopping mall is less than half an hour away. Tons of restaurants, groceries, shopping centers (including Walmart super-center) mini malls within 10 minutes of drive. Famous Lake Perris is less than 10 mins driving distance. Plus few recreational parks are walking distance of about few minutes where you can exercise or take kids to playground. Plenty of hiking routes if any adventurous are interested! Also, the Perris - Downtown Metrolink Station is near by, as well as the public library and city hall. If you have your own car, it’ll be the most sufficient way of getting around however, there are also Uber/Lyft services available. The host is also willing to help going around upon request and service fee. Please no smoking or drinking alcohol or NO drugs or pets allowed in the house. Or no party!!
