Come here for the feel of a secluded getaway, while staying close to the city. To get to the house, turn off the road onto a quiet cul de sac. Walk through the garden on a path up to the front porch. The back half acre is a lovely scene of green -- grass and bamboo and trees -- which can be enjoyed from the kitchen table, the back patio, or the fire pit. Quick drives to Downtown Wayne, King of Prussia Mall, and Valley Forge National Park. Just a couple minute drive to 202 to get to the city. This is a new listing, but we have maintained Superhost status with our other Airbnb for years. Check out 'Cozy Carriage House/Cottage' for reviews. This cottage has cozy, eclectic vibes. The first floor holds a dining room, full kitchen with table, living room, master bedroom, and full bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms. Closets in each of the bedrooms and the entry. No shoes in the house so bring your house slippers! Wifi, TV, and meditative spaces. You can enjoy the garden from the front porch, or hang out in the fenced backyard on the patio. There is a fire pit available for you to use responsibly (no parties, please). The yard is beautiful anytime of year -- summer brings many blooms, winter brings a snowy wonderland. We welcome the wildlife in the area, so you may see deer, squirrels, countless birds, and maybe even a fox! We have two separate houses on this property. The 'Cozy Carriage House/Cottage' is smaller and does not allow pets. You could potentially rent both out to house more people or even set up a socially distanced weekend getaway with friends. We are available if you need anything. Nearby is Downtown Wayne, a lovely, walkable area with shops, cafes, restaurants, and a movie theater. You'll be minutes from Valley Forge National Park and 20 minutes to French Creek State Park. Both of which have rich histories and various levels of trails. A variety of grocery stores are all within 5 minutes away: Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Wegmans,... Just 5 minutes from King of Prussia Mall (luxury mall with numerous upscale retailers - the largest shopping mall in the US in terms of leasable retail space). Several high-end as well as affordable department stores, numerous brand name stores, restaurants, and an IMAX Movie Theater. Close to Villanova University, Cabrini College, Eastern University, Valley Forge Military Academy, Haverford College, and Bryn Mawr College, this is a great place for prospective students and/or visiting families to stay. 20 miles to Center City. If you don't have your own transportation don't worry, the train station is a mile away and brings you to Philadelphia (30th Street Station) in under 45 minutes. Please note, there isn't side walk for a section of the road.
