Cozy movie themed basement is exactly what you are looking for. Classic AirBnB-we are opening our house to you! Your space here is completely private. Bedroom has a queen bed, flat screenTV with Xfinity. High speed internet. Private bath w/ full shower. Dorm size refrigerator, microwave. Huge flat screen, table and chairs and a comfy couch in a large family room w/Sofa bed. 1000 square feet of space! Home 2 miles outside of the city of Winchester in Frederick County. We have a basement bedroom and large family room (as described here) that has a private bath and full walk in closet and a dresser. You will also have exclusive access to the adjacent large family room where you find a large flat screen TV. HBO and Showtime available. Lots of seating and a pull out sofa. Enter through backyard. Fenced back yard, patioand a 6 seater hot tub adjacent to your basement bedroom. Dorm size Refrigerator and microwave in your private space. Please note that on weekdays we are early risers. Since the space you are renting is in the basement you will possibly hear us above you walking about and talking. If you are sensitive to noise you can request a fan or noise machine for the room which you can run. Please note that we do have a cat in the home. However, he does not spend much time in the basement. Still don’t recommend our location if you have cat allergies. This is a traditional AirBnB rental. Sharing our home with traveling people who are looking for a comfortable alternative to a hotel. During your stay the basement is all yours. The hot tub can be accessed if we work together in order to make sure we have it ready for your private use and have discussed how to use it. We don't provide breakfast. On almost all occasions we will be available to provide you with directions, travel tips, and any assistance you may need. In my next life I want to be a travel agent so you can help me practice! But if it is privacy you want you will get it here! This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please note that you will have limited access to Uber or to public transportation. There are restaurants you will love around the corner but it does require a car. Downtown the restaurants are the best. Less than 3 miles away! Parking will be on the street. No problem parking at the house anytime of day. Car is recommended to make your stay the best. UBER is available. We are located perfectly for day trips all around the Washington DC area and Shenandoah Valley. Please note we are over 60 miles away from downtown DC and traffic is a bear!!! If you don't mind the drive this is a bargain for you to see lots of different places.
