A Cozy spot on the Lake

Its a small one bedroom with a dorm fridge, air conditioning, private entrance, covered porch, a grill with propane provided, a bathroom plus small shower space, a tv with couch. Its small but cozy and between my family homes right on the lake with a small beach (when the water level is low enough). Is a small room on the right side of the old motel that's perfect for a couple or individual, could fit a third if needed but not recommended unless they would be comfortable in a loft. You are welcome to use the beach (when its not under the lake), the grill and side picnic area on the side of the cabin, the fire pit/ star gazing zone, kyaks, canoe, and our new two bicycles. My family or myself will almost always be around to help with kyaks/ canoes, or answer questions as we live just next door and or just around the corner. The town of essex is small and quite with a few great restaurants and sites in and around it, from going to the essex farm to volunteer for a few hours and get some wonderful fresh produce to the historic old dock and essex inn both great restaurants. The public dock and park are just down the road, and the sunrises are breath taking for those who wish to wake up early enough. If you don't like walking or biking then you might find it hard to get around, of course using a car is always an easy option. We also provide docking for small boats (20$ a nightly fee) and two bicycles for use. During and for a time after COVID we will be doing extra thorough cleansing with UV lights and complete removal of pillows, beddings, and scrub downs of other surfaces, so be aware that checkin might be effected if you are arriving at exactly 3pm.
