North Falmouth Cape Cod Cottage

Lovely, relaxing Cape home. 1.5 miles from local beaches. Very close to Shinning Sea Bike Way. Full of nature and great light. Lots of private space. On a small lane near the center of North Falmouth. This is a cute house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Large kitchen and great out door patio with BBQ and firepit. Lots of room for sitting around and relaxing. Wifi, cable TV, and stereo available. There are two single beds, a double and a queen. One suite is downstairs with two other bedrooms up an easy flight of stairs. Lots of parking. Guests have use of the whole house and kitchen, backyard and driveway. Some beach supplies available. Owner lives in another state but will happily answer questions and make the house as comfortable as possible. North Falmouth is a lovely area away from the summer crowds. There's a small town with a General Store, ice cream shop, thrift store, and hardware store. Very calm and peaceful. You can bike to the Shinning Sea Bikepath which runs 10 miles to Woods Hole. There are other roads and paths for bikes, as well as back roads for cars. The house is walking distance to the small town of North Falmouth. This is a great area for bikes. Bring bikes or a rental shop is nearby.
