Situated in the prestigious community of Sea Beach Estates in upper western part of New Providence. Not far from the airport, just 10 minutes away. Directly across the street there is a beach for swimming, running the sand for a good work out or if you just want to relax and take in the sun and views. The #10 public bus passes regularly right in front of the condo which can take you into the downtown area. There is a fresh conch salad stand, restaurants, ball park and pub all within walking distance of the unit. Public bus transportation is available around the island for a fee. The #10 bus starts at 7am until 7pm and cost roughly $1.50 per person each way, after that time a taxi will be needed. Rental cars are also available for self driving, inquire with your host for taxi and car rental arrangement. At the moment we do not have cable television however we have Netflix and High speed WIFI, so even if you don't have an account you can still enjoy your favorite shows.
