We chose soft, beachy color schemes that will put you in vacation mode when you walk in the front door. We supply a great internet service for you to work at home and homeschool the kiddos. We have chosen upscale furnishings, kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and granite counter tops. There is seating at the counter as well as a dining table that accommodates 6. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare gourmet meals if you wish. The only requirement for you to bring is the food, drinks and your personal items. We even provide a bottle of wine to enjoy! The bathrooms have been totally redone with custom cabinets, granite counter tops and walk in showers. There are plantation shutters throughout. One of the best features is a relaxing porch overlooking the inground heated, salt water filtered pool. Everyone loves to enjoy the pool after a day at the beach or instead of! The porch has a ceiling fan and comfy rockers for your morning coffee and a book or evening enjoyment. Inside you will find a 65"wall tv in the great room as well as 42" wall tvs in each bedroom. Complimentary Wifi is included as well as a blue tooth speaker for your enjoyment inside or at the pool. There is a full size washer and dryer for your use. We supply the dishwasher and laundry pods and dryer sheets. All upscale linens and fluffy towels are supplied as well as shower gel and hand soaps. Make up remover towelettes and black washcloths are also in each bathroom. The pool area is very private and is equipped with a dining table, umbrella and 6 chairs. There is an additional table and chairs for your use. We have included pool toys and gas grill and ample pool lounges for your relaxation. We have included an outdoor shower for rinsing off after coming from the beach. We would ask that you please use this before going into the pool or home as the sand creates problems for the pool filter. We have beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and buggies to transport your beach items. Plenty of parking in our paver driveway. With the short walk to the beach and restaurants and shops, you will never have to worry about driving. There are many great restaurants and we have supplied menus from many of them. There are rental places for bikes, scooters and water toys as well as fun parasailing! If you do want to explore, Sanibel and Captiva are about 20 minutes away via a causeway where you can find gorgeous shells and fabulous restaurants. One of the best features of our beach is the gorgeous Gulf sunsets that you can view from the beach. Fort Myers Beach is a fabulous destination so LET THE GOOD TIMES BEGIN!!!
