KI Golf House offers 4 Bedrooms, 2 ½ Baths, an open Kitchen Dining area complete with outside charcoal/propance Grill, plenty of comfortable seating in the living room for entertaining, and a large private yard. The King Master Suite is downstairs in addition to a Queen Bedroom including a bath and a half. Upstairs a full bath and hall separates 2 Queen bedrooms. One of those bedrooms contains a Twin in addition to the Queen and it leads into the loft where there is another Twin Bed. The upstairs bedrooms were updated Nov 2019 for your comfort. Total beds: 1 King, 3 Queen, 2 Twin, and a sofabed.
