It is surrounded by shady trees and flowering plants in the patios where you can have your morning coffee, listen to the birds, and relax in the shade after a day at the beach, have your barbecue and watch your kids play. There is a travertine natural stone tile throughout and carpet in the bedrooms, gas fireplace, high ceilings in the living room and double pane windows, central a/c if needed, fans in every room, access to a laundry room; Wi-Fi internet, two smart TVs, Direct TV service, DVD player, books table games, and toys.
