You’ll find fun references to this classic movie throughout the home, in addition to a collection of local contemporary art and many other unique touches. Crown Affair comprises two structures. The bigger of the two includes a spacious entry hall, large living room with coffered ceiling, three tasteful bedrooms (1-king and 2-queens) and three modern bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have adjoining private porches for secluded moments. The adjacent garden building contains a new, fully-equipped kitchen, interior dining room with over-scaled rope chandelier and an additional dramatic master king suite with tub and shower and its own dedicated sitting area and outdoor porch. All interior spaces are climate-controlled and provided with wireless internet and Sonos sound systems. Both structures open onto an enclosed tropical garden with multiple seating options and an outdoor grilling area. An exterior stair leads to a covered sitting area with bar and outdoor dining providing wide views of the surrounding village, marinas and harbor.
