Made of concrete and steel, wrapped in sleek glass and aluminum, and with two graceful ramps of ipe wood for its central spine, that invites you to slow down, stroll, and experience the sequence of spaces in our home from ever-changing angles, bathed in natural light. Glass walls open to a courtyard, shaded by bamboo. Inside we have chosen modern furnishings both classic and unique to compliment the open spaces, with thoughtful and whimsical details waiting to be discovered. Beyond taking in the rich architecture and design, you will sleep on fine Italian linens, and bath with wholesome organic bath products, savor our favorite local artisan coffee, and enjoy stunning visuals on a 75" TV. Music can be piped throughout the house from your smartphone. A spiral staircase leads to the large private roof deck looking out over the treetops of the Bouldin neighborhood. And of course, you can easily take in all the cafes, restaurants, food trucks and shops that south Austin is known for, with South Congress and Bouldin Creek within walking distance. Zilker/Lamar, Barton Springs, and downtown are all minutes away.
