Named after the beloved book Watership Down, Watership down is a beautiful setting. Located just across the street from East Sandwich beach, overlooking the dunes, a working cranberry bog, and a pond loaded with beautiful birds; Watership Dune is the Cape house that captures all that is best of beach life. Featuring four bedrooms and two full baths, and an outside shower, Watership has a full kitchen with keurig, microwave,toaster, gas Bosch oven, pots and pans and all you need to create gourmet Cape dinners, dining area, wifi, tv and two decks with comfy rocker gliders and picnic table and grill. Our shed has plenty of games and yard fun like cornhole and can jam, yard yatzee, kites and beach chairs. A large yard offers plenty of room to play when you are off beach. The observation deck has 360 degree views of the ocean, cranberry bog, wildlife pond, and marsh. If you are a bird lover, this house is paradise, as we have seen egrets, herons, humminbirds, and many other birds. Careful thought went into renovating the property to add something eyecatching and beachy with every turn. We have incorporated comfort and beach ease. The property is family friendly, we have a small reading nook, and games and puzzles. Laundry area is downstairs, please use pods, and lights on the fireplace downstairs are remotely controlled. Upstairs has a working gas fireplace, and the house has fans and air conditioning. We also have solar bluetooth speaker for outside, and solar lights on the deck. Parking for four cars, two street front and two in drive offers plenty of area. Central to Cape activities, Sandwich offers fantastic dining, shopping, hiking biking and beach area. Our mission is to make you feel at home while falling in love with the Cape. We aim to provide something for everyone. Our promise is to continue to improve Watership yearly. We aim to make visitors feel welcomed and warm. Imagine morning coffee on the observation deck relaxing in your rocker, with 360 degrees of eye catching beauty.
