This property can be combined with an upper level rooftop garden penthouse there is a queen canopy bed and a sleeping sofa that opens to a queen bed, a TV, with a tiled one and a 1/2 bath. It is bright and lovely with sensational City views! Then you could grow the group to EIGHT to Ten.
