LAKEFRONT ESCAPE ft. campfires, jetskis & boats 🚣

Come stay at a private lakefront 3 Bed/2 Bath 1800sqft property on Lake Medina with an enormous front and back yard, picnic gazebo, dock, boat house w/ available amenities, and a 2-seater buggie! Whew! That’s a lot. Our home is pristine and furnished elegantly with a touch of family. We have a king in the master and a queen in the guest along with 4 bunk beds (2 doubles/2 singles) as well! BEC fiber internet and a wide screen TV that is coupled w/ apple tv are available as well. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking and chefin’ it up! We even include dry goods such as candies and chips and a fully stocked assortment of beer, wines, spirits, teas, sodas, and good ol’ H2O. Also found in the kitchen is a cigar box with premium cigars available. *bring your own streaming accounts for movie night! **no smoking inside, please keep it to the back porch or lose your deposit! Like in the aforementioned, there is a picnic gazebo with lights and a fan available for guests. Just beyond it there is a fire pit for s’mores whenever you like that can be built for our on site firewoodstash(mesquite). Star gaze and look for shooting stars at night in a sky that will amaze you around a campfire. There is a dock and a boat house which houses several stand up paddle boards, surf boards, floaties, tubes, noodles, and life jackets. available for your enjoyment In the front of the house there is a deer feeder which has attracted a troop of deer (young bucks,doe, and babies!) that roam the property just about everyday, all day long. We provide deer corn and deer blocks to entice them to linger for your viewing pleasure. Nothing better than to hang out on the porch in the morning with coffee or with a cool drink in the evening and watch these beautiful creatures. *Pets are allowed for an additional fee but only outside. Your pets must be approved so please bring it up when booking your stay. You can bring your own watercraft or rent from our available options! We have a 26ft pontoon boat available with mandatory guide for $460/4hrs and several Jetskis available for $300/4hrs each. These rentals are available at any time during your stay as long as they are requested with adequate prep time. The boat tour includes visits to Mormon’s Point for cliff diving(if water levels are high enough), Red’s cover for lunch, and of course the plethora of coves to swim in! Please inquire for more details and questions on pricing! There is no satellite and cell service can be rough out here but that’s just encouragement to go outside and explore! This stay is a great stay for so many occasions like romantic getaways, guys or gals weekends, company retreats, family cookouts, quarantines, and of course sweet lake days!
