We do not provide: * Linens for futons * Bath towels We do not allow; * Pets * ATV’s * Golf carts FEES (per stay) *$200 Cleaning Fee will be added to reservation *Management Fee Occupancy * SLEEPS 15 TO 20 - Charges will be applied to any guests, of any age, over the capacity total of 15 up to the maximum of 20. - $15 per night/per person - Futons are included in the max capacity count * EVERY PERSON IS REQUIRED TO CHECK-IN AT OFFICE LOCATED AT RIO BELLA RESORT * Each person is required to wear a wristband during their entire stay at Paradise Rental Home. Please note there will be a charge of $20 to issue a new wristband. So hold onto the old one if it breaks.
