Newly constructed pergola covered wooden deck gives an added entertainment area and extra living space which takes full advantage of the beautiful Bahamian weather. The barbecue gas grill is available to grill your catch of the day or filet Mignon purchased from the local grocery. An open lawn invites you to relax on the hammock or take in some sun on the lounge chairs. Tropical foliage has been planted to enclose the garden in a sea of greenery in the future. Sit on the cosy front porch with your morning coffee and enjoy waking up with nature. The beach is ten minutes away by foot and just around the corner by golf cart or bike. Personal beach chairs and an ice chest are available in the cottage for you to take for your beaching pleasure. The white sand beach stretches for over 2 miles, perfect for enjoying the ocean breezes and taking in the stunning water view. At low tide the sand banks extend right out to sea leaving new shelling opportunities daily. To stay in touch with the outside world there are televisions in the living and bedroom with Cable service and a Sirrus XM radio. There is an Ipod docking station and wireless Internet with a high speed connection so be sure to pack your I-pod and laptop. Full laundry facilities and a dishwasher give you all the conveniences required to make ‘Sea Catch’ your home away from home.
