Private island minute to Harbour Island, 34 ft boat, captains, chef included

Middle Cay is a 2-acre private island located off the coast of Bahamas and is a quick 45-minute plane ride away from Florida. Airport Code is ELH. American, United, Delta fly into this airport. Once you land you could be on the island in less than 15 minutes. The island is home to 2 open-concept villas with picturesque Caribbean views from every room, making Middle Cay ideal for multi-family getaways and group vacations. The island’s breathtaking appeal, vibrant wildlife, and convenient location will leave you with an unforgettable luxury experience. The estate boasts lush tropical greenery as palm and coconut trees decorate the private beachfront, pool overlooking the ocean, multiple lounge spaces, outdoor dining area, beach volleyball court, and 2 private docks. After relaxing in our little paradise, guests also have access to our 3 boats and captain who can navigate you to neighboring islands, divine swimming holes, and fishing spots. The crystal-clear warm waters make it easy to spot bright tropical fish, and maybe even a sea turtle or two. Our linens are the highest quality European cooling sheets made with Giza cotton. All toiletries are from Hermès. We are committed to making your stay as seamless and special as possible. Our staff will arrange for your travel between the island and the airport (~15 min total duration). Three housekeepers will clean and maintain the premises daily and can fulfill any basic grocery needs. Provisioning is included as part of our rental. We have two captains on staff. A 34 ft intrepid and a 22 ft pursuit. Our captains will take you to Harbour Island as often as you would like, any time of the day or night. Our captains can take you to feed the pigs, go to a sand bar, feed the turtles or sail near by Islands. All of this is included. We have 3 kayaks, 3 paddle boards, 3 under water scooters, water tubing, water skiing, snorkeling equipment. All of this activities are included as part of your stay on our island. Our chef will prepare three meals a day. Groceries are not included.
