Charming home on gorgeous Greenwood Lake. Relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the large deck and enjoy the beautiful lake views. The house has four spacious bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two full bathrooms and a laundry room. The deck, backyard and fire pit are situated on the lake side so be prepared for breathtaking sunsets. A wide paver-block bulkhead leads to a private 21-foot dock. We have a fleet of four (4) kayaks and a stand up paddle board that are available or you can bring your own boat/kayak. Boats and kayaks can also be rented from one of the local marinas. The house has central air so you won't have to tinker with those loud and inconsistent window A/C units. Like most (if not all) lakefront homes, our house is serviced by well water so we installed a full house water filtration system. There is also an additional R-O water faucet right on the kitchen sink! The house sits across from Storms Island so it is situated in a no-wake zone, this means no loud boats racing through and it's also much safer for swimmers and kayakers. Need internet access during your trip? No problem - enjoy free wifi/internet access during the length of your stay! For you techies - every bedroom has CAT-6 hi-speed internet access as well! The house is also protected by fully integrated Nest smoke/carbon detectors. If you like space and privacy, this is the perfect home. We built this house for us but there's no reason why you can't enjoy it. Restaurants and marinas are also nearby. One of the more popular lakefront restaurants is just 0.5 miles away. The views are just as beautiful in the off-season. It’s also a great ski house as Mt. Peter and Mountain Creek are a short car ride away. The house is perfect for a family or two. No smoking. No pets. No parties/events. Bedroom & bathroom essentials ARE NOT included due to Covid safety protocols. Please familiarize yourself with our house rules before booking and please, please, please be respectful of our neighbors. When considering renting any Short-Term Rental ("STR") property, be sure that the owner has the appropriate STR permit. We are West Milford township approved, STR permit 2020-006.
