This beautiful, well-appointed 3 bedroom town home has everything you need for an amazing beach vacation. The property is situated in a quiet town home community, just steps from the pool and ocean, which means you will have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your surroundings. The lower patio opens out onto a small lawn, which is perfect for letting the kids play or a spirited game of corn hole before dinner. As we don’t provide linens, towels, dishtowels, toilet paper, etc. you may either bring your own or if you prefer, rent them locally. We recommend using “Blue Water Linens” Blue Water already provides cleaning services for our townhome and is able to deliver and pickup linens directly from the unit saving you time and hassle. The modern kitchen has been renovated, has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, an island with barstools, and comes fully equipped so you can enjoy cooking and entertaining while overlooking the ocean. The living room and all bedrooms were re-decorated in summer 2019 with fresh colors, custom fabrics, artwork and special touches (Simply Southern bedding!) to create a modern yet comfortable environment to relax and unwind. This home epitomizes beach chic! We have furnished this home with extra splurges and details which make it truly special. We also have all of the technology you'll need! Enjoy your beach vacation while staying in touch with the office utilizing our high speed wireless internet, or relax watching the 55-inch TV in the living room or the TV in any of the 3 bedrooms. Please note there are external security cameras monitoring entry and exit including weather conditions.
