We also own the sister property next door which is usually lower in price and a two bedroom. Included gated front/backyard, parking for two vehicles (with street parking, if needed). The weather in Cottonwood, AZ is much cooler than Phoenix and Tucson in the summer, with mild winters that sometimes include snow! The famous red rocks of Sedona and mining/ghost-town of Jerome are a quick fifteen minute drive away! We always recommend the local state parks for biking, hiking, and fishing. Sister town, Clarkdale is three minutes away with a great Copper Museum and Verde Canyon Railway that explains the history of our small mining towns. Visit the Native American ruins of Tuzigoot while you are in town, raft the Verde River to one of our many local wineries, or cool off with a swim in Oak Creek Canyon.
