Sasson House has been fully renovated and furnished in a boutique style setting and is sure to please those who want to live in luxury, yet have the feeling of being right at home. The property is perfectly situated, close to many shops, restaurants, breweries and all the great things that Niagara on the Lake has to offer. If you are unsure whether you will be able to travel, we ask that you wait until restrictions are lifted and you are sure that you will be able to travel on your chosen dates.*** The house boasts new hardwood floors, a new fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, stove, dishwasher, drip-coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses (including wine glasses). The kitchen is pre-stocked with salt and pepper, sugar packets, non-stick spray, paper towels, dish soap, tea towels, dish cloths and enough coffee and tea to get you started. The living space provides a fireplace, smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating and a pull-out sofa bed. The master bedroom enjoys a King size bed and ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a pull-down single bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a second full bath on the main floor with tub/shower. Bedding, towels, hair dryers, facial and toilet tissue, shampoo and hand soap are provided. Downstairs is a recreation room as well as a lower-level bathroom with shower. The lower level laundry is supplied with laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets. Outside, sit on the back deck while dinner cooks on the BBQ/grill or lounge in the sunshine of the back garden. Sasson House is just steps from the many offerings that Canada's most picturesque town has to offer. Take a short stroll to the many world-class restaurants, Shaw Festival Theatres, and quaint boutiques that line downtown Queen Street. Visit the Niagara wineries (breweries and even distilleries) scattered throughout the area. Niagara Falls is just a short drive away along the scenic Niagara River Parkway. The primary guest must be staying for every night of the booking. - For insurance purposes the primary guest must be 25 years or older. - No more than 8 people including all children. Names of every house guest (including children) must be provided. This information is required to comply with the town by-laws. - No overnight street parking is allowed in the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. - No smoking or vaping of tobacco, marijuana or any similar product whose use generates smoke or vapors within the house. Any lingering aromas or smells after your stay will result in additional cleaning charges. - No pets allowed.
