Yet, just up the hill from the house (5 min drive) is a large Safeway and a multitude of convenient take-away shops and restaurants. 10 mins north and you are in the middle of Redmond (Microsoft town!) and the Redmond Town Centre. 10 mins south and you have Costco, Bestbuy, FredMeyer, etc on the pretty town of Issaquah. Both towns are linked with a pretty well preserved state trail that passes on the back of the Cottage, where you can walk, run or bike. The cottage also is close to Seattle itself. Bordered on the north by Marymoor Park and Lake Sammamish Park on the south, this is an ideal water sports lake. You can use our 3 kayaks to explore the lake or even our paddle board while vacationing at Cottage on Sammamish.
