This beautiful 6 bedroom home is an easy walk or ride to the beach, golf course and tennis courts! In ground heated private pool is adjacent to large screened in porch and nearby screened front porch. Pool is heated late May through late September weather permitting. The main level features one bedroom with a king bed and full bath. The upstairs features four bedrooms: three kings, 2 twin beds, and one full bath. The lower level has one bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom., pool table, and play area. Washer, dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. Whole house generator operates automatically in case of power failure. The house has a large side lot with a hammock and swing. We are across the street from a preserve area with miles of walking trails. It's a short walk to the golf course, clubhouse, and open field for baseball games and golf practice areas. Across the street there are miles of walking trails. The park has playground equipment, tennis and basketball courts available. The beach is about 4 blocks away. Enjoy winter sports as well: sledding and snowmobiling on the golf course, skating rink (weather permitting), and 1 hour to ski resorts.Off season weekend check in/out times are 12 pm ET on Friday and 5 pm ET on Sunday.
