I have been upgrading and buying furniture so fast lately I apologize. Some pictures are not up to date. I just completed an over the top electrical system on the house. 400 amps., also included are Tesla PowerWalls to go with my 36 solar panels. The neighborhood might lose electricity but this house will be powered with solar panels and Tesla PowerWalls. What that also mean is free charging for your electric car with a 60 amp Tesla charging system. New Blueair bio air filtering systems in 2 bedrooms and the living room. So...... Feels like you are a million miles away from the city. Repeat Guest. She has stayed 18 nights total in the last 45 days and I finally ask her to put some thoughts about my home into words and this is what she said. Bill's house was, quite simply, the cleanest, most comfortable, and most thoughtfully put together home I've stayed in - and I'm a veteran vacation home renter. From extraordinarily soft sheets to ample toiletries to a well-stocked kitchen - complete with snacks and coffee pods and every cooking implement you could imagine - the property had everything my family (myself and three children) could possibly need or want. I used the home gym daily, and we practically lived in the pool, which is wonderfully warm and has some of the most beautiful mountain views in the Bay Area. The neighbors were welcoming, the neighborhood was quiet, and Bill himself was chipper and accessible and quick to respond to any questions we had. My only complaint was that we eventually had to leave and return to reality, but we're hoping that problem can be rectified and we can get another chance to stay at this magnificent home someday. An absolutely perfect escape from the city. Wine Country 20 Mins or San Francisco 20 Mins. Guest had this to say; "5/26/2021 We had a great time at Bill’s house! The pool and hot tub were pristine and great for kids with all kinds of pool toys and floaties, and the view of Mt. Tam and the surrounding valley was exquisite. We walked daily to the hiking area at the end of the street, through the neighborhood with little kids riding bikes and people strolling and waving hello. The house itself was perfect for a family, as a single-level home with bunk beds. Bill’s attention to detail was evident everywhere - electric candles and the fountain on timers, incredible home gym in the garage, all kinds of toiletries, giant poolside umbrellas, fresh-cut flowers from the garden. Everything was clean and tidy, and both recycling and compost were available. It was a short drive from SF but the temperatures were much warmer, and there were no bugs in the evening. Bill checked in often and was easily accessible for questions by text, as well as being totally flexible on both check-in and check-out time. We would definitely stay here again! Karen" Description of Property; The view paints a new and spectacular picture every day.You will feel like you are at a private resort. Ideal for 2 couples or 2 couples with 1-2-3 kids. Day use with 8 or less considered. Explore both the Wine Country and San Francisco. I'm smack dab in the middle. 20 minutes one way to the first of many wine tasting wineries on your way to Napa Valley and 20 minutes to cross the Golden Gate bridge into San Francisco. Marin County has too many places of interest to mention but a few are Muir Woods, Point Reyes National Sea Shore, Many Beaches, Sausalito and much more. Private Hot Tub, spectacular views from house and new deck (my deck is in a national commercial on HGTV as a jaw dropping design). and also from the remodeled pool. I bought something called a heat pump for my pool and they are a relatively new state of the art heater. Since April 1, 2018 I've been swimming even in the rain and very cold mornings I should be able to keep a constant temp between 84-89.....10 months out of the year. I recently purchased portable Ramps for wheel chair access. New in my garage. My new Gym into something I consider to be a little over the top for a simple home gym. The relatively small local town is full of events and farmers markets. When not doing wine tasting or taking the ferry to San Francisco just sit back and relax in luxury. Be sure to see the new 2020 remodeled Master Bath. Lots of specialty features in it including a walk in shower with a seat and truly a luxury toilet. LOL! Seriously! Nice new "Professional" Double Belgian Waffle Maker with mix along with a new Crock Pot and air fryer for you kitchen delights. New Gas Weber BBQ New Water filter system at kitchen sink. New Saatva mattresses, 1 King and 1 Queen. They are the highest rated 5 star mattresses. New bedding and pillows also. Ladies if the Gardenia bush is blooming in the front yard be sure to help yourselves and there are hair clips in a kitchen drawer. Also a clipping garden full of flowers and as of now a full Vegetable garden in which you can help yourself. New floaties, pool boat and mini fridge for the pool. Please be responsible in the Pool and Hot Tub. Use at your own risk. No-one under 15 allowed on the deck, in the pool or in the hot tub without an adult present.
