The house conveniently located on the West Side just steps from Allentown & Elmwood Village, close distance to trendy restaurants, bars, shops & cafés. Easy access to downtown and the Key Bank Centre (Buffalo Sabres), Canalside, and the Peace Bridge to Canada. The house feature custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances including microwave. Three fully furnished bedrooms. One on the 1st floor with a queen size bed and the other two bedroom on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom on 2nd floor has a king size bed and Smart TV and big scenic window and it's own walk in closet . The house comes with two full bathroom one on each floor. The living room completely furnished including 55” Smart cable TV, dining room has a table with seating for 8. House Rules: 1. When parking in driveway, please do not block sidewalk. City enforcement officer will ticket cars that is blocking the sidewalk. 2. Exterior motion activated camera monitor the exterior of the property. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. 3. Only the number of guest staying in the reservation may stay in the Airbnb. This is a strict policy. We consider a gathering of persons in the reservation plus additional persons in the space for greater than one hour a party.
