One Bedroom Suite w/ Living Space & Laundry

PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION - This is a Brand new clean & contemporary in-law suite in the basement of our detached house, with a private entrance for your exclusive use. Our neighborhood sits between Brookland and Woodridge in NE D.C. We have a popular brewpub (Public Option) down the street, an award-winning restaurant "Nido" just blocks away, and a local grocery store "Good Food" also a few blocks away as well as the amazing Zeke's coffee shop. Bedroom has a queen-size bed. Living area has a Flat 42" inch TV with Apple TV & Directv with tons of channels for you to watch. There is a coffee maker, Mini fridge & Microwave as well. Also we have a high speed Wifi connection, over 100 movies on Apple TV for you to watch for free(our personal collection) also the Apple TV has Netflix ready to stream. This is a unique, newly renovated in-law suite with its own bathroom and a separate bedroom The bedroom features a brand new queen mattress, and you can also request our premium air queen mattress for extra guests. (Let us know) The space is great for two adults and can also work for up to four if you're planning on spending most of your time out and about and mainly using the suite to rest. It's also great for couples with children. Please note the bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the couch isn't a sleeping sofa. You would need to let us know if you need our Premium queen size air mattress. Our Basement has three windows and the main door is a glass door, so it gets plenty of light. What we provide: a Dyson cooling & heating fan with thermostat to supplement the central AC and heating if you like it toasty in the winter, clothes rack, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, towels and hairdryer. We also provide guests with snacks, bottled water, sodas and complimentary coffee. The unit has a mini refrigerator and microwave for your own light cooking and snacking needs, along with some basic kitchen supplies, including glasses, dishes, mugs, bowls and utensils. Please note that since this suite is in our basement you may hear some standard house noises like water running through the pipes or the furnace kicking on or the occasional footsteps. The basement has a laundry room with a washer and dryer - feel free to use them, of course!
