Wifi high speed internet is included for those working remotely. ***Please note for those relocating, the post office is downtown and you will need to secure a PO box. There is a UPS store and Goin Postal near the condo for PO box rental as well. Due to our service industry, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to your arrival will result in a full refund. If your cancellation is made inside 15 days of arrival, 50% of your deposit will be forfeited. Inside 15 days, 100% of your deposit will be forfeited.
