Located only 2 minutes from downtown Black Mountain, Ridgecrest & Montreat & only 15 minutes from Asheville. Enjoy easy access to the local grocery stores & tailgate markets. Many local attractions including The Biltmore Estate, Grove Park Inn, Chimney Rock & Lake Lure are all within a 15 to 30 minute drive. Beautiful refinished concrete floors with plush area rugs and new central heating and air. New updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave.
