This listing is for the entire home, including the fenced in backyard with patio area, overlooking swimming pool (HEATER OPTIONAL) and amazing views of the Ocotillo Golf Course, lake, and bridge. It is a quiet, peaceful backyard, perfect for a relaxing visit! GATHERINGS AND PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. Please only book this home if you will respect the quiet neighborhood. The home is 2700 square feet with high ceilings, has been recently furnished, and includes a full size pool table (billiards) . All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group. There is off-street parking available for up to 4 cars (2 garaged). There are no trailer, camper or RV parking accommodations available.  There are up to 5 separate sleeping areas. - Master suite with king-size bed and attached full bathroom (main floor plus 2 steps up) - One private bedroom with queen size bed (main floor plus 2 steps up) - Two private bedrooms with queen size beds (lower floor) - Front living room with a queen size sofa bed (main floor) There are 3 full bathrooms, a fully stocked laundry room, as well as a large kitchen and dining area. (Children`s supplies such as high chair, pack n play, and booster seat are available for rent, please ask if needed).  Both living areas upstairs have large flat panel HDTVs and the the pool room downstairs has a large screen TV as well. The master bedroom also has a large flat panel HDTV.  ***Please let us know if you have pets as dogs only are welcome to stay here. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind. **** Note: swimming pool is not normally heated and may take up to 24-36 hours to get up to desired temperature (varies with weather) and because of the heat pump system the pool heater will not operate below outside temperatures of 50 deg. Please let us know at booking time if you are interested in the heated pool (winter months) option. Guests requesting this option are responsible for a service fee ($50/night - 1 week minimum plus tax and fees) added on to your reservation cost. High chair, pack n play, and booster seat available for rent: $3/day per item per day plus a $20 delivery charge plus tax. Note: some stairs are required to access this home's bedrooms If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest, this home is a great base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on, and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.  Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife). When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your party as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. I am happy to answer any questions you may have. Check-in: 4pm Check-out: 11am Booking requirements: 50% due at booking time 50% plus refundable damage deposit due 15 days before arrival We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up their spills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning team.  This property may require an Arizona lease to be signed for any stays of 30 days or more. Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $400, tenant pays any utilities over cap. This cap typically only applies in the summer months depending on tenant utility usage.
